The RCOG encourages the study and advancement of the science and practice of obstetrics and gynaecology through postgraduate medical education and training development, and the publication of clinical guidelines and reports on aspects of the specialty and service provision.
Our first project with RCOG, back in 2008, was a Digital Strategy engagement aimed at generating internal alignment on the College's online activities. We quickly moved on to producing a new corporate website with community engagement features, following a creative refresh.
With a key objective of providing postgraduate education and development, the College then appointed us to produce an online CPD portfolio management platform integrated, as with the main website, with their Integra membership management system. The result is a comprehensive and well-received toolset enabling users to record their learning activities, submit them for assessment and approval and monitor their achievements towards their various training goals.
We've provided other online training solutions for the College - including integrated Moodle e-learning material and a complete bespoke online learning environment, StratOG.net, which relaunches early in 2011.
